Service Description
If you had your lashes done elsewhere but would like to continue maintenance with us, this service includes an evaluation of your current set, gentle removal of any compromised extensions, and a customized refill to bring your lashes up to our standard of health and beauty.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy, which allows us to provide the best care to all of our clients. 24-Hour Notice We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Please contact us directly at 720-393-5849. Late cancellations may result in being waitlisted for your next service. Late Arrivals We understand life happens, but please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten your service to stay on schedule for our next client, or reschedule entirely at full cancellation charge. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be required to prepay in full for their next booking before it is confirmed. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. Deposits All appointments require a deposit to reserve your spot — $10–15 for services under $50, and 25–50% of the service price for services $50 and up (with bridal packages requiring 50%). Deposits are applied toward your total service cost and are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
